# Managing her after launch

> Where to change your AI receptionist's settings, read call transcripts, check minute usage, add teammates, and stop calls to a number.

Everything is editable after she's live, and edits take effect on her next call. No
redeploy, no waiting.

## Agent

**Dashboard → Agent** — the whole build, in five sections you can revisit any time:

| Section | What's in it |
| ------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Who she is** | Her name, the firm name she says, her voice, languages, office hours, time zone. |
| **When a new client calls** | Email the team / book the consultation / transfer to a person, plus the after-hours choice. |
| **What she asks new clients** | The [intake list](/studio/intake-questions) per practice area. |
| **When a current client calls** | Which inbox her messages go to. |
| **Things she can tell callers** | [Firm info](/studio/firm-info), common questions, notes. |

The same page holds her phone number, a test-call panel, and the forwarding codes.

## History

Every call, with the transcript, a summary, how long it ran, and the intake she
captured. This is where you find out how she's really doing — read it daily for the
first week.

## Website widget

Put her on your website so visitors can talk to her without picking up a phone. See
[the Studio website widget](/studio/website-widget).

## Support

**Dashboard → Support**, or [lawtte.ai/studio/support](https://www.lawtte.ai/studio/support).
You get a ticket number back and a confirmation email. For anything urgent, include
her phone number and roughly when the call happened — that's what we need to find it.

## When she says "Paused"

The status beside her name in **Dashboard → Agent** reads *Answering calls*,
*Needs a phone number*, or *Paused*. Paused means she is not answering — the usual
cause is billing: a trial that has used up its included minutes, or a payment that
didn't go through. Settling the invoice resumes her automatically; nothing has to be rebuilt.

To stop her answering deliberately, remove the call forwarding on your side, or
release her number. Releasing is irreversible — see
[her phone number](/studio/phone-number). If you need her quiet for a while without
losing the number, email [contact@lawtte.ai](mailto:contact@lawtte.ai).
