Handle the booking webhook

Booking created, rescheduled, and cancelled events post to your firm’s booking webhook, which schedules the caller’s reminders.

Studio receptionists can book through Google Calendar, Outlook, or Calendly instead. Connect a calendar in Dashboard → Settings → Calendar; no API work is required.

Round-robin and free/busy

Where a firm has several attorneys taking consultations, Lawtte reads each calendar’s real free/busy data and distributes bookings round-robin, so two callers cannot land on the same slot.
