Requirements

The connector is available to Lawtte Studio accounts with a purchased calling number and an active receptionist. Set one up at lawtte.ai/studio.
  • A Studio account that is not paused, with a calling number assigned.
  • The Lawtte objective-calling agent enabled for your account.
  • Claude with custom connectors available on your plan.

How a call actually runs

You ask

In a Claude chat: “Call Jane Doe at +1 212 555 0100 and find out whether she has the repair estimate yet.”

Claude confirms

Claude reads back the name, number, and objective, and warns you about volume limits. A real call only happens after you confirm.

Lawtte dials

The call comes from your Studio number. The agent discloses that it is an AI assistant calling on behalf of your firm, that the call may be recorded, and it never gives legal advice.

You get the outcome

When the call ends, ask for the result: whether the objective was met, a short summary, the suggested next step, and whether the person asked not to be called again.
Calls placed this way are real calls to real people, and they use your Studio minutes. Use dry_run to rehearse without dialing.
